You get a firm price before any visit.
Not an estimate. Not an hourly meter running while you watch. The actual number, agreed before the drive out.
If it can't be fixed, you don't pay.
No charge for the attempt.
No surprise bills. Ever.
If something else turns up along the way, the work stops and you decide first.
Most home visits fall between $80 and $150, and you'll know which before work starts.
