Home visits
$79.99–$159.99
- Most home visits fall in this range.
- The estimate depends on what's going on, and you'll have it before the visit.
- Home visits: paid at the end of the visit (cash, e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard).
Business on-site
$99.99 first hour
- First hour: $99.99 — diagnosis, and a fix where one's possible in that time.
- After the first hour: $99.99/hour, billed in 30-minute blocks. We'll check with you before going past the first hour.
- Most visits: $99.99–$239.99.
- Invoiced after the visit, due within 7 days. GST and PST shown separately.
- A small travel fee may apply outside Courtenay and Comox.
- If a website, app or automation follows, the visit fee is credited in full toward it.
Remote help
$44.99 for up to 30 minutes
- Home: $44.99 covers up to 30 minutes. Most sessions $44.99–$89.99.
- If it's going to take longer, we'll give you an estimate before we continue.
- Remote help: paid before the session ends.
- If it can't be fixed remotely, we'll tell you, and what you've paid is credited toward a home visit.
- Business: $59.99 covers up to 30 minutes. Most sessions $59.99–$119.99. Invoiced after the session, due within 7 days. If it can't be fixed remotely, the fee is credited toward an on-site visit.

Travel
A small travel fee may apply outside Courtenay and Comox. We cover Courtenay, Comox, Cumberland, Royston, Merville, Union Bay, Black Creek, Campbell River, Fanny Bay, Bowser, Qualicum Beach, Oyster River. Not sure about your address? Call or text and ask.
