Meet the person behind the help

I've spent 10+ years working in IT and technical support: computers, Wi-Fi, printers, networks, Microsoft 365, device setup and more, across help desk, managed services, retail tech support, and on-site field service, so I'm comfortable solving problems wherever they happen.

I hold a Diploma in Business Information Systems from Saskatchewan Polytechnic, and I also build websites and software. That means when a problem goes beyond a computer or printer, I can often help with the technology around it too.

But Local Tech Solutions didn't start because I wanted to build another computer repair business. I started it because I saw how often people hesitated to ask for help. They worried they'd be judged for not knowing the right words, or that they'd get an unexpected bill. Sometimes they'd simply put up with a problem because asking felt more stressful than living with it. It shouldn't be that way.

You deserve clear explanations, honest pricing, and support from someone who treats you with respect. That's how I run Local Tech Solutions: plain English, straightforward advice, and every question treated as a good one to ask.

When you call again, you're not starting from scratch. We keep short notes on what was done (never your files), so there's less to explain next time.

That's the kind of local tech support I wanted to build: modern, reliable, and human.
