What a visit looks like

Describe the problem in your own words and book a time. Visits are by appointment, any day of the week.
We move it, and you check it
You sign a short authorization first. We move your files from your old device to your new one, then open them together so you can confirm it's all there.
Explained and checked
Before we leave, we go over what was done and check it all works with you, and you're welcome to call if anything acts up again.

Most home visits fall between $79.99 and $159.99. You'll get an estimate before the visit, and we stop and ask before any extra work.

Is my old computer wiped?
No. It comes back to you with everything still on it. Wiping is a separate visit, booked at least two weeks later, only if you want it.
Do my files go onto your equipment?
No. Files go from your device to your device, or to a drive you own.
