Questions
Quick answers
When does the old computer get wiped?
Only after your files are safely on the new one. It's a separate visit, booked at least two weeks after any move, so there's time to check everything.
Can I keep the old computer instead?
Of course. Wiping and recycling are only done if you ask for them.
