How it works
What a visit looks like
Book a time
Call or text, and we'll find a time that works around your opening hours.
We find the cause and restore what we can
We look at what happened, restore the site from the most recent good backup where one exists, and go over with you what was fixed and what still needs a decision.
Agreed before extra work
You'll get an estimate before the visit. If more turns up, the work stops and you decide first.
Pricing
What it costs
First hour: $99.99 — diagnosis, and a fix where one's possible in that time. After the first hour: $99.99/hour, billed in 30-minute blocks. We'll check with you before going past the first hour. If a website, app or automation follows, the visit fee is credited in full toward it.
Questions
Quick answers
Can you always get the site back?
Not always. It depends on whether a good copy still exists, either at your host or somewhere you've saved it. We'll tell you plainly what's possible before any work starts.
Will you take over my website?
No. The site, the hosting and the domain stay in your name. We restore what's yours and write the logins down for you.
How do I stop it happening again?
Regular website backups help most. That's a separate, smaller job, and you can ask about it when we talk.
Can you build me a new website?
New websites are quoted separately. The Websites section on the business page has the detail.
Ready to get it sorted?
Call or text and describe what's going on in your own words. You'll get an estimate before the visit.
