What it costs
First hour: $99.99 — diagnosis, and a fix where one's possible in that time. After the first hour: $99.99/hour, billed in 30-minute blocks. We'll check with you before going past the first hour. If a website, app or automation follows, the visit fee is credited in full toward it.

How is this different from business backups?
Business backups cover the files and email on your computers. Website backups cover the website itself: its pages, content and settings.
Whose account are the copies kept in?
Yours. They're set up in an account in your business's name.
Do you monitor the backups?
No. We set them up and show you how to check them. We don't monitor them for you.
Can you build me a new website?
New websites are quoted separately. The Websites section on the business page has the detail.
